Max Perlmutter has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. Previously, he served as the head of the acquisitions group at IAC Properties and led efforts to source new acquisition and development opportunities across various US markets. At IAC, Max sourced, underwrote, and closed industrial acquisitions and developments with volume totaling over $500M and 5.5M SF. Max also facilitated dispositions of over $1.0B of industrial properties and land, and over $1 billion in financing. Prior to joining IAC, Max worked for Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting lending opportunities. He also previously worked in the Capital Markets Group of JLL.  Max graduated with a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
